Cathay Pacific Catering Services (CPCS) is the principal airline caterer in Hong Kong and one of the largest flight kitchens in the World. Working in partnership with some 50 international airlines, CPCS can supply more than 30 million meals a year.
CPCS' Christmas eCard this year focuses on the exquisite realism of cabin meals. From a top-down perspective, we have depicted a magnificent and abundant Christmas airline meal. The meal includes roasted chicken with sauce and salad, bread rolls, chocolate Christmas cake, gingerbread man, and mixed vegetable salad. Each food item is meticulously illustrated, with attention to detail and texture based on real photographs. For instance, in the mixed vegetable salad, you can clearly see each ingredient, such as onions, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocados. This level of precision is meant to reflect CPCS's professional attitude towards cabin meals.
